Boomtown Antiques is a collection of antique dealers across El Dorado and Union County, Arkansas, united by a shared passion for history, discovery, and the thrill of the hunt. Our story is rooted in the region’s remarkable boomtown past—one that shaped the character and collectibles found here today.

In 1921, the discovery of oil transformed El Dorado from a quiet timber town into one of the most dynamic boomtowns in America. Almost overnight, entrepreneurs, speculators, and fortune-seekers arrived from across the country, including legendary oilman H.L. Hunt. With them came wealth, culture, and an extraordinary array of furnishings, art, tools, and heirlooms reflecting ambition and prosperity.

From that moment forward, El Dorado became a crossroads of commerce and culture.

Today, that legacy lives on through Boomtown Antiques. Spanning multiple locations and more than 50,000 square feet of display space, our dealers offer an ever-changing selection of antiques and collectibles—inviting visitors to discover history and take a piece of it home.
